I have some hand made baby blankets for sale and I tried the ebay thing and they didn't sell.

timmsa, ebay or craigs list are the best as far as I know... otherwise just use google and find the best one.

timmsa, Maybe look on google for a site that is specific to those items you want to sell, that may help with hard to sell items

In different town Yahoocafe has a site that hows what people have for sale in that area like in my area its yahoojoplincafe.com
