kitzianne, Yes, they are a scam.. beware!!!
Make an account and get free spam for life and possibly home phone calls
and little chance of an actual payout, if any.

Well, I, of course, made an account with them....BUMMER!!!! AND, I just got my computer fixed from a virus, too. Hopefully, nothing will happen. Thanks for posting!
