Grand Mondial Casino is not right (bonus emails)

I received the email to play and get a match this weekend. It also said in that you opt in through the email. Which I did, when I did there was a message that said Finders keeps bonus click to claim. I did and it said my account would be credited in 20 minutes. I never received anything so I contacted Live support. She said that promo was no longer good . I said I just got the email today at 11.00am and its no longer good ?? I asked what the finders keepers bonus was ? She keep saying how it wasn't good any longer. I said okay I good the email less than 6 hours ago and its no longer good? She typed thank you for contacting live suppport is there anything else. I asked to speak to a manager. She said no one was there. I told her there had to be some in charge. I than got to talk to Jeje he said that the finders keepers bonus was no longer good. I explain that the email wasn't even 6 hours old. He than said my casino must need to update ? I said I shouldn't get a email that says I won Finders Keeper Bonus and than be told it was no good. Needless to say I didn't get awhere. I think something is not right here.

Nerak1 you can also opt in by going to claim your bonus on the promo page. I got an email for the weekend bonus and I got mine on every deposit, but I have had times I had to ask for the bonus. But I've had some issues I'm working on now, it's the Interest Rate bonus, I can get 7.5% every month and I still have not received it, Lilani (my VIP manager) said that it would be the 5th no later, but I'm still waiting.

Roxy42 My email allowed me to opt in and when I did it had 2 different bonuses to claim one was a finder keepers bonus that said my account would credited in 20 minutes with the credits of that bonus. I never got anything ??/ Live support wouldn't even tell me how much it was suppose to be. I hope they get you taken care of.

Grand Mondial is bad about that. Recently, I received an e-mail from them that I had free credits "waiting in my account". It wasn't there. When I contacted live chat, they said I wasn't eligible for it. I e-mailed many times and got no response. I thought it was a pretty raw deal.. First of all, if I wasn't eligible, I shouldn't have received an e-mail stated I had the credits. Secondly, someone should have at least acknowledged my e-mails! Kinda left a bad taste in my mouth....

The whole group has been having technical trouble with bonus and bonus emails.

Mistaken emails have been going out and then there is the crediting issues.

They are working to correct the issues and are sorry and embarrassed. smileops:

My stance is that if you got an email and followed the directions, you should get the bonus.

smile So sorry for their mistake, in my opinion they must honor their offered promotions and will.
(They have already fixed the probem with several players and granted bonuses as promised)

Technical problems is one thing, but support rudeness is another. I already emailed Lilana, but no response there either. The whole thing really just left me wondering why I had to work so hard???? Just thought I would add my 2 cents. thanks

Guys they are having problems, this is my response from Lilani and trust me I don't think they are lying.

Hi Raquel,

Sorry, even my emails come through in spurts now that everything is affected by our technical problems. I wish I could give you a bonus really, but absolutely everything is down we can't add bonuses or even loyalty points ;(

The company responsible for all this chaos says they might have everything up and running by tomorrow morning and we are hoping for the best. I will keep you posted though!
