Here is a Red Flush story:
Red Flush opened in May 2008, I joined them in July of the same year. In the past year and a half I have deposited over $200,000.00, reversed and lost $137,000.00 in withdrawals, and wagered over two million dollars. These are true figures. On December 31, 2009, I asked the Support Department for a year end bonus, since I have basically supported this casino. They came back with a NO answer. I was shocked to tears. After thrashing back and forth, they put $200 in my account. I told them I would only accept it if there were no strings attached, and since they give me 15% bonuses on all my deposits, I wanted a raise to 20%. Again, they told me NO. The year end bonus that I requested was $500 which is 1/4 of 1% of my deposits (I did not include the $137,000 of reversals). Red Flush knows that they have pushed me against the wall. I told them since I am only worth $200 in their eyes, then its time for me to move on. They are so ignorant, and stubborn, they still refuse to give me a bonus that is so small compared to what I have given to them. So far we are at a stalemate.
Here is another story: In August, 2009, I made many deposits which totalled over $20,000. However, a few days after each deposit, their processors, Callo and Remit, put thru 1700.00 in charges and stole this money from my bank account. Red Flush insists that their processors could never do this, yet I have the proof on my bank statements. Red Flush states that they were bank charges initiated by my bank, Bank of America. These two processors never answer the phone number that is listed on my bank statement. The phone is answered by a $10 answering machine and after 100 calls, they never called me back. To keep me quiet, Red Flush, gave me almost $700 towards these fraudulent charges. However, they refuse to give me the contact information of these two processors. This casino will pretend to love you as long as you deposit and lose. When a situation comes up, such as what happened with my bank, they will only give you a portion of the money with the excuse that my bank made the charges, but they will help me absorb some of my loss. They twist the truth constantly.
I am very angry at Red Flush. These goofballs honestly think they are treating me like a queen by giving me that lousy 15% which comes with 30x wagering requirements! I am a very big depositor, and bettor. If they think they will ever see any kind of money from me again, then they are dumber than I thought. They played me for a fool, and got a nice chunk of change from me. When they or their processors took the $1700 from my bank account, I should have run like hell. I am even more stupid than they are! I hate this casino and cannot wait for it to fall on its face.

AndieGirl, Hi! I am sorry to hear that. Red Flush has had questionable behavior for about the last 6 months. This is an old post and I hope you find a better place to play. If you ever have charges that you did not make, dispute the charges with you bank or credit card. I doubt you can do that for something that happened 6 months ago, but remember that if you have problems again. If a casino treats you poorly one time, play elsewhere.

AndieGirl, I am so sorry you are ill. Maybe it is a good time to take a gambling break and concentrate on getting better. Save your money for a nice trip or to buy something for yourself. Don't feel like a fool, we have all made bad choices... it is just human nature.
