Vegas Sky. Sloto'Cash, (and probably all Rival Casinos)
have updated the way a promotion is considered completed.

There are two ways that a player can complete a promotion:

By completing the Wagering Requirements
OR

By getting your balance to exactly $0
If you have not met the wagering requirements for your promotion, your balance must 0.00 before the promotion is deemed to be completed. For example, if you have 0.20 credits in your account you must wager out that balance in order to claim another promotion.

Note that this will NOT stop you from re-depositing however, if your balance is above 0.00 when the subsequent deposit is made, the remaining wagering for the previous promotion will carry over to the new deposit.

I always did that anyway.. I thought any wagering stayed until
you balance was $0 already! I would never make a new deposit
until my balance was $0.
