Ok this is day 2 of my withdrawl, I have asked live chat twice if I needed doucuments sent in and they said my account is not requesting them. I wake up this morning and low and behold theres a message stating I need documents. I then faxed them the documents + more than they asked for, so I went to live chat asked them if they recieved them. Live chat told me it goes to security department and they would make sure they recieved them. I just want to make sure they are clear, and still no contact. I think after this time I should of heard if they recieved them or not. I will have to wait till tommrow to refax them, thats why I wanted to know right away.

to get verification from the security department.. I would not
worry at this point. It usally takes 24-48 hours after you send the documents
for them to pay.

well my thing is I want to know if all documents are clear or not. This happened to me at slotocash, took 10 trips to library to keep faxing documents, but atleast they let me know within hours. I just was trying to avoid the 10 trips to library again. lol
