Grand Mondial and Canadians

Grand Mondial Casino states on their site, and their live support confirmed they offer E-check and Instadebit options to Canadian Players. However, after wasting over and hour trying to sort it out with them, and waiting almost 24 hours for them to get back to me, they state that you can only use the options that come up in their banking software, which do not include either of these options. So for you Canadian players, do not waste your time on Grand Mondial if you can't use the other options. What a waste of time, they need to get their act together!

OK, the feedback I have from our Finance Department is that we used to have those options for Canadian players, but they disappeared from the cashier for no apparent reason. We believe the issue lies with Microgaming, and we are trying to reinstate these options as soon as possible. Unfortunately, exact dates can’t be committed to at this stage.
