I went to live chat, didn't pick any cause I didn't read it. But was credited the bonus after I asked about it. So, give live chat a try.

I picke the old Scary Rich too, but still nothing. I spoke to John from support last night and he was absolutely no help. I'm going to try today.

Well, maybe it was for something else. But I got a free chip yesterday and I could have sworn it said Oscar bonus.
