Club World Cashout Problem

Has anyone ever had a problem with ACH withdrawal to their Netspend?

I had an ACH withdrawal for $350(minimum required) from Clubworld to my Netspend. They processed it on the 23rd of January. After a week I still had not recieved it. A few days later support informed me that it was returned to them. I double, triple checked all the information on their file was correct. They retried on Feb 4th and I still have not recieved it. I am going to contact them again. They won't mail checks and this is really the only withdrawal option available to me. The really sad thing is that I even made an additional deposit of $23 just to bring it up to the $350.

acirema77, Hi! I do not think Netspend takes incoming wires anymore..
At least mine does not. I would ask netspend if I were you.

Try a card called wired plastic that takes wires or ask Club World for a Quicktender account.

Thank for the tip TDTAT. I get direct deposits all the time to my Netspend from employers, or is that something different? I'll look into the other options.

acirema77, That may be something different.. or you may have been "grandfathered" in.
The option that used to allow paypal deposits on my card is also gone.
I tried to have a wire sent a few months back and it was returned.
