Denny's free meal to be announced during Superbowl.

A member let me know about this and I did a little research.

If anyone is looking for a free meal, watch the Superbowl
(3rd quarter?) for a commercial from Denny's that will reveal a free meal offer
for February 3rd, 2009 6AM to 2PM (dine in only).

I thought this would be fun to post as a no deposit Grand Slam offer smile

If you get a free meal, Please tip well!
One of our members is a server at Denny's!

Thanks to mylittle3s

mylittle3s:
just wanted to mention about a announcement at half time that I cant wait to see! Dennys Resturant is offering a free meal to anyone an everyone who walks through the door! I know its not casino related but thought it might be a fun topic a n/d free meal! Nothing is free anymore! smile smile

Free grand slam at Denny's YMMV 2.3.09
my father who works at a Denny's in socal just informed me that Denny's will be giving free grand slam meals on Feb 3rd, sponsored by the nfl or something like that. not sure if its regional or not so your mileage may vary.

Quote from PAshoppa :
I luv free stuff, so I did a little research and uncovered a NY Times article from 1-13-09 that gives a little more detail about advertising for the Super Bowl, which as we all know is a big business. Seems Denny's ad will feature a “consumer offer that is a first ever for sit-down restaurants,” says their sr marketing guy. He also notes that Denny’s has introduced a sandwich based on the Grand Slam breakfast called the Grand Slamwich.

Quote: Feb 3rd
Denny's could be national YMMV
One free original slam (2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 cakes) per customer from 6 am til 2 pm on Tuesday, Feb 3rd. No substitutions, no carryout orders. The commercial announcing it airs in the third quarter of the Super Bowl.

Everyone out there remember the meal is free but not the service!!!!!!!

Denny's may be able to afford to give the meal, but the waitresses will be working extra hard to serve it.....

That's too Funny, kushfoot!

I feel the same about a couple of the Owner/Operators that I had worked
for, throughout the 15 year adventure as a Restaurant Manager for
McDonalds!

My old Boss has those 19 Denny's Restaurants, in the Sacramento Area...
smile You serious, or joking about the job thing?

kushfoot, let me know when you get back ~ and, I'll see what I can do!

That's too funny, too....
A few years ago, I was a Restaurant Mgr. for Jack In The Box, Inc.
My Boss (the one that owns the Denny's restaurants) was my Area
Supervisor and was watching over a Sacramento Area as well as my
Area which was in the North Coast Region.
He asked me to do a special assignment for 5 weeks.
It was to work on Sat & Sun. at a store in Placerville, which was about a
180 mile drive in one direction!
I would go and stay in Rancho Cordova on Thurs. night and stay in a
Motel, so I would be close by to work on Saturday!
Well, I passed through Citrus Heights as I seemed to have gotten lost
many times on my way to Thunder Valley!
Yes, I was at the Casino every weekend, with no sleep.... and, barely
making it back to the Motel in time to iron my clothes for my special
assignment!

I can't say, I didn't have a BLAST!
I most certainly enjoyed those 5 weekends!
