I am going to attempt to withdrawal money out of my quicktender account tomorrow, This will be the first time. I am worried about my bank, I have a small bank, has anyone had problems with their bank accepting the wire transfer? Does the transfer come from the USA or from overseas? Anyone who knows anything, I would appreciate your input, Thanks.

mistye81, Hi! Credit unions and some small banks could reject the wire,
in which case the money would be returned to your QT account minus the $30.
The wires are classified as non US by most banks.
If your bank rejects the wire, you could order a visa card from
www.mywiredplastic.com which accpets wires like a bank,
or open a free checking account at a national bank like Wells Fargo.
My suggestion is just do it and see what happens or ask your bank if international wires are ok,
but don't mention the casino part as Quicktender wires do not show as a casino.

Thanks TDTAT. I was going to ask the bank about it tomorrow, but was worried about the whole "casino" part of it, as they tend to be very nosey. I will just try to wire the money to the bank, and if it is returned, I will check into the wired plastic card. Thanks again TDTAT, I really appreciate all your advice and help.

Just remember you have to apply for that card and it might take 1-2 weeks to get it.

mistye81, You could go ahead and order the wire plastic card, it is free. I waited a year before I ever activated mine

Ok, I might do that. Thanks. I just read on it, and it says that there is an activation fee when you first put money into it, can it be activated by the wire transfer?

mistye81, I activated mine by the first incoming wire.. they charge
a fee for everything but you would not have to pay unless you got the wire sent to it and activated it.

OK thanks. I just ordered one online, but I am hoping I wont have to use. I hate small town banks, always have worry about stuff like this.

I had the same problem and my bank rejected the wire transfer. I ended up getting a WiredPlastic (it took less than a week to arrive minus the weekends) then used it at the the ATM. They took all fees out of the first deposit. I suggest you call your bank first because QuickTender charged me the $30 fee twice, one to the bank then again to WiredPlastic.

Ok I will talk to the bank tomorrow morning before I go through with the withdrawal. I really hope that they accept international wires, but it is such a small bank, and with my luck, they wont. I might just open another checking account somewhere else that accepts wire transfer tomorrow, if they don't.

Well I just talked to my bank, they say they take international wires, so I hope the teller lady knows what she is talking about. I will be requesting a withdrawal today from quicktender, yippie!!! My first withdrawal to my bank account. I usually keep the money in there and spend it all back, not this time.
