Simon Says has locked my account!! (and reopened it)

Simon Says has locked my account for no reason at all!! I tried logging in, and it said that my account is locked!! I am very outraged because I deposit with these guys and they treat me like this!!

I went to customer service, and they straightened everything out. Whew!
