This term means you have to cashout more than your deposit plus bonus:

That is the Rival auto block system. Email support and request a "manager account review". Tell them you are a VIP at Sloto'Cash
and deposit a lot at Rival casinos

I can not find a full list of countries that are not
allowed to claim bonus. I suspect most Asian countries are also restricted.

I see in the cashier: The 200% Bonus money is NOT cashable!
the amount of the bonus will be deducted from cashouts!!

The 150% is cashable

Some bonuses are cashable and some are not, so check terms!

That sounds like an automated email malfunction. It will
be hard to get them to fix that soon, as they are getting so many emails.
