I am sorry to report that Microgaming has made Intertops
start blocking the 13 banned states from the casino due
to a court ruling in Kentucky.
Intertops is referring players to Jackpot Capital Casino which allows all USA players.

so far I am still able to play as I just took 4th place in a bounty tourney at the poker. Hopefully it will stay that way at least till I can play that money out lol.
