I played the $500 free play at RedFlush. I was just short of $3,000 and under 2 min. to go and I stopped counting when I hit 100 spins when all of a sudden I get a pop up that says "RedFlush internal casino error" And wouldn't you know it, when the time ran out I had ZERO winnings to claim. I tried to go to live chat but low and behold they weren't working either. Well they got a not so nice e-mail from me, wonder if I'll hear back? Anyone else try this yet?

kitzianne, They are a good casino. I am sure they will answer
you.
The max win on the freebie is $200 and then you have to deposit to cashout, so it is not like you lost $3000. Sorry they have had technical problems with the freeplay and if live chat went out
at the same time it sounds like a technical problem.
Next time, just explain what happened and ask for help. Remember the person reading your email is just an employee and a person and you would rather them be on your side, than not. I think the nicer
we are in dealing with people the better the resolution will be.
If they do not resolve the issue, send me a private message with your account number and I will try to help.

Yes I understand all that. It's just frustrating that everything seems to have a "hitch"ie: days of e-mails, proving who I am etc, etc. The timing of the error is what bothered me, why couldn't it have happened when i only played for 2 min not 2 min to go. Anyway I'm not going to get too worked up by the time I deposit the required $50 we're only talking about $150

kitzianne, Sorry for the trouble.
ops:
I know they have had more than their share of technical
problems, but I do not think they are trying to rip anyone off. They are
a newer casino, but have responsive to player issues so far. Hopefully
they wil work it out with you.
If support does not fix everything, just let me know

I played the free play and got the max $200 on a $50 first deposit from red flush. My experience with red flush casino was great, so I'm sure your experience was a fluke error.

Update: They did acknowledge their technical problems lately and I was given the credit. I thanked them and all is good.
