Help!!!!!

Can't clean files

I thought I already signed up for ClubVegas, so I downloaded and entered my usuall user name. Come to find out, I haven't registered but now I can't get to the sign up page.

I tried uninstalling nad cleaning my history, cookies, etc. but it still isn't working.

Help......

What screen comes up when you first launch the casino?

When I first launched, the sign up page came up, but I got out of it and entered RGALP

Apparently I don't have an account with them, but because I typed that in once, it keeps coming up automatically.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times already

Try cleaning cookies, if that does not work, ask support
because I do not know how to get back to the registration page. smileops:

Maybe from another casino..?


I know, that I have removed and uninstalled a Rival casino, in the past.
When I downloaded again, it already had my user name in the sign-up box.
Weird to me, if I had uninstalled the casino.
There software is difficult to completely remove from your PC, I think.

Maybe they need to do some sort of 'reset' or something,
or maybe you do have an account.

I wish I could help you... I just don't know.

Thanks guys.....I went to support and he told me to clean my cookies, which I did.

I just spoke to another support person and I'm trying something else. I'll let you know.
