calilove2008, no, using the same ip address for 2 accounts is not allowed. They will not pay.

Cirrus is notorious for slow pay/no pay. The best way to play at some of the RTG's is with no bonus at all. That way they at least can't call bonus abuse on you.
You would be alot better off playing at a good RTG casino such as Club World or InetBet.

This is a reminder and an update to everyone:
There are only 2 recommended RTG casinos.
They are: iNetBet and Club World/USA.
THESE 2 Casinos PAY FAST! Hours not weeks!
They do not give worthless free chips or have absurd terms
like the other RTG casinos.

Just for information and if you need to use it, there is now a site where you can complain/dispute about an RTG casino. The site is www.centraldisputesystem.com. This has taken the place of the old Montana (or something like that) site.
TDTAT is absolutely correct. Club World and Inetbet are the best. But if you do play at the other RTG casinos, just be informed. Read ALL of their T&C's, even the very fine print. Just be an informed player.

Just a word of advice, pick one of the RTG casinos that were suggested. They will pay you and pay you quickly. Cirrus is notorious for paying once or twice and then they won't pay you again. They find some reason not to pay - bonus abuse or fraud. Just be forwarned. If something like that comes up there is nothing you can do to make them pay you.
