As with many of you - last month I received emails after each deposit I made stating that I would receive a "freebie" on that perspective Friday for making my deposit.

As you all know, DG changed their program mid-month without notifying anyone. Now they have new "mini" contests and, supposedly, cash back for the priors months deposits. None of us have seen this cash back so I emailed the and told them that they are the only Rival I deposit at and do not like their "new" loyalty program and, from what i have read, not many people do...lets face it...we like those weekly freebies - its what keeps most of us deposting at one casino or the other.

Live chat told me that the cashback was based on many factors and those accts that are eligible will receive the cashback. That burned my butt even more - I mean - do these people change the rules as they go??

So I wrote again about the cashback deal and their response was quick and to the point. The cashback credits for July have yet to be sent out - they apologized for the delay and they have forwarded the info to the appropriate department.

So, I eat my words - and I admit it. ops:

We will see if they keep their word. Please post if/when you receive it.

I would love to play at the other rivals but my computer will not allow the program to dl games - after they did their upgrades several months ago.

I also have talked to live chat, they told me mine is not activated for the bonuses. That it would also be forward to the department that handles this and would fix it. Live chat told me it would take a few days. We will see.

Hopefully they will get it fixed.

Good luck to everyone when they get the cashback credited

I wrote to them and told them I was displeased that they elimated the weekly promotion and did not have the new promotion when they did it. They should not eliminate one until the other is ready to be implemented. I'm pretty unhappy with them and I'm a pretty good depositor there. I then emailed them and asked them for a freebie and they did not respond. They have not responded to my last 3 emails. Last time I cashed out it took them at least 5 days to process it. They sound like they're going down the tubes. I will not deposit there again until I am credited with my cashback and maybe even an apology bonus.

Rae, have you tried talking with someone at the other rivals about your not being able to download? I've found them to be helpful once when I had a technical issue. I can't remember which casino,though! Good luck!

Yeah - I've tried EVERYTHING short of bying a new computer. For some odd reason DG is the only one that I can get in to. The others will dl but then it takes hours to open and even then, the games will not load.

Who knows - I gave up a long time ago.

OK - scratch DG off my list. I just received an email stating that there was no such offer as "cashback" and no emails to you stating that there was any promo of this nature.

Am I losing it here?

When they changed their Loyalty program last month I complained to chat about it since I was expecting my freebie and he clearly stated that they do not offer Friday Freebies any longer BUT offer "mini" contests and cashback.....right?????

Anyway - I am uninstalling and live with the fact that I can no longer play at any Rivals
