i tried to regester from the no luck link and it said that they prohibit usa???

I was not allowed to register... I emailed a manager to find out if
this is a mistake or casino policy. They have Quicktender
which is only for USA, so maybe it is just an error.
I will let everyone know when I find out.. sorry for the trouble

It says in the terms, no USA.. SORRY!
I have not heard from the managers, but looks like no new Rival
