Since Netspend accounts have an actual account number and routing number, why cant they be used to cashout like a wire transfer?

Some people used to use them like that, but I think they
stopped allowing it. You can send wires to the
wired plastic visa for sure. www.mywiredplastic.com
(I use netspend and wired plastic, but only use
Wired card for the wires)

It would be like using it as ACH and it takes forever, they do not allow wire transfers, I wouldn't suggest you using it because it does take so long....
