Anyone else having troubles with Inetbet returning their e-mails? I cant get them to answer me for anything! lol

Actually, they responded to mine pretty fast-sent to:

I sent them my account info, and they sent back an e-mail that said they credited my account with a bonus, and this only took about 2 hours....

jasonoh72, iNetbet is famous for their less than great customer service..
email a few times and pray. I think they have a website
form you can fill out on their homepage also..

This casino pays fast, but I have experienced
support personally, so do not hold your breath waiting for a response

Just to give everyone an update, ..... 3 e-mails.....5 hrs... and still no response. This is very upseting to me.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Inetbet did get back to me and was very kind about it. They apologized about the situation and wanted me to be assured that they respond to all e-mails they receive. There must be some sort of server problems or internet providers. I thought that was pretty classy of them.

i had a cshout there about a mont ago and ,i ha to go through the faxing and e-mailing documents once again!! but after they were approved the withdrawl to my quicktender was paid in like 12hrs and they always resonded to e=mails very fast!!!

inetbet is correct
they dont answer directly to your mails , sometimes one day pass , or few hours , many casino make that, before rivals casino answer very quickly to our mails but now it s ofen one day and it s correct
problem , inetbet had any live chat , we must mail them , i never got problem , always paid quickly on few hours like sloto cash , and always got answer to my mails too

Don't get me wrong, they are a good casino and pay fast..
perhaps they fired the guy who was rude to me last year

I had problems in the past with the email form on the website. For some reason they get the ones I send from my email but not from the website. After I read through the posts yesterday, I sent an email to Brian in support and let him know there was a problem with a fellow member. He emailed back immediately and said he would take care of it. A few minutes later I came back to the forum and it was posted that the problem was solved.
They are a great casino and I would hate to see their reputation ruined because of customer service.

I like that they pay fast, and are honest. But I have to say on multiple occasions, I have not received a response to my e-mails.
I also won a RJ ($2700), using a ND Birthday bonus ($9.00), so I ended up with $45.00 the T/C were written on the second screen. I chalked it off to my failure to read the T/C. But I will say that in my opinion, that was shady. So I have played there a few times, still bitter about that RJ.

I e-mailed them last week about their managers bonus. They wrote back that they would be working on them this week and ended "We're sorry we can't be more specific than that".
