That doesn't reflect well on the customer service does it? smile smile

It never ceases to amaze me on the lack of information that is given to the cs folks who are expected to answer our queries. They want them to do a good job but don't give them the tools and info to do so......then the casino's are left with unsatisfied customers and they wonder why. smile
Mangers or whoever is responsible.......you need to get with the program! Empower your customer service people!

Rival is not very good at telling the casinos about new stuff..
I guess they like suprises or something

I just heard from Paradise8 and Cocoa and
they said a new progressive slot is coming,
but they do not know when!! smile

Other new stuff is coming from Paradise8/Cocoa also,
including monthly cashback and weekly contests

they added the new tab by mistake too early...

It is confirmed, however, that a progressive slot is coming,

I spoke too soon.. more new info just in...

The new progressive will probably be released in the next 2 weeks!!

I do not usally play progressives..the thing is that
you hit less smaller wins, but you have a chance to win a big jackpot smile
