Hi all! I know this sounds crazy, but I've tried and tried to use my credit cards and they just won't work so I'm looking to buy a Visa gift card. I would pay immediately with PayPal and the seller could just email me the card info.

anymore.. go to www.netspend.com and order a reloadable netspend,
or you can find the nearest store to you that sells them.
You need a reloadable netspend visa or a quicktender account..
or if you have a checking account, you can make
an account at www.ewalletxpress.com . You can write an online check there.
