It would of been real nice if you could of bought that winning ticket and won!! That would be great wouldn't it, But I am happy for your small town with a jackpot winner living there, it will definately bring your little town to life and business will be booming soon from the plublicity from it!!

I thought it was pretty cool that the winning ticket was bought here in my small town! 
I think you should get to know them and get them to join our little forum and run a contest with that money since they have everything they need
