Yes, that was a nice note!
I replied back to him to tell him about how I liked that they always had some sort of nice Deposit Bonus available... and, so forth.
A couple days later., I got an email saying that I had a bonus available and ready to claim...
well, I checked in the cashier - and, I did Not like it, at all!!!
It was a "Reversal" Bonus.... lovely ~ reverse my bonus and I will get 50% on it!!!
I Do Not like Casinos that do that.
Kinda' reminds me of those Playtech days, when I won all kinds of money from them...
Casino King had sent me an offer at the time- reverse $2500 of your withdrawal and we will add $500 - reverse $5000 and we will give you $1000

I was really impressed that they sent you the congratulatory email!!! That's what you really call Customer Service.
But to offer a reversal bonus, what a bunch of crap.
