Simon has made a revision to our VIP Program. The Sunday No Deposit Bonus is no longer based on your VIP level or on one single deposit throughout the week. The free money that you will receive on Sunday is now based on your play throughout the previous week. This makes it possible for us to reward our loyal customers with greater promotions.

The Tuesday VIP loyalty program will remain in effect. Players part of the VIP program will still receive regular weekly freebies on Tuesday.

The VIP cashback was paid May 1.. But it is only
if you lost the month before.

You can email support with the subject "KENDRA, PLEASE HELP"
and she could check smile

no loose no win i looked my history lol

it was the same , i have cashout like i have deposit
so i got 0 cashback smile

But got this mail , they are nice , dont know if i got one or not but they see that for me lol
