Tried 01, 2-3-etc. After 3 attempts it kicks me to the screen to play for fun! Not worth struggling for it!!! We're doing fine the way we are, just thought it might be fun to try something new!!

Maybe Mary made an old account with that #?
Try calling their 1-800 number or 1-866

I don't think you have to put the 1 - I thing it is just the 3 digit area code and then the rest of the phone number. I never put the 1.
