What exactly are the steps in getting an EWallet? w/a credit card. Does it require a bank account?

For Quicktender/USEMYWALLET you must be invited,
so ask a casino and no bank account is required

Ewallet is nice. but i am still waiting for a cashout from them. Its been pending since the 13th of March. All transactions have to clear before they will even process it and then it is 5 - 10 business days before they will put it into your account.
