cashing out at Grand Mondial

I am pleased to inform you all that I cashed out 1200 at grand mondial, I flushed it, last night. But it seems that the payout department, has thursday, friday, saturday, sunday, off so they will not process my cashout until monday, boy do I wish I had a job where I can have 4 days off, because of EASTER!!! Easter!!! MY GOD!!!! Bunch of lazy garbage, unbelievable, I am saddened by the Grand Mondial's customer service, as far as that payout situation, they have been very slow in handling alot of problems I have had, but overall good payouts, first time I have ever won a thousand dollars.
