Made a cashout request and asked that it be flushed. Now I have done this several times and have deposited way more than I withdrew. I got this email in return. Has PO'd me to no end. I don't care if it takes them 48 hours to pay me, just fix it where I can't get my hands on it. I wouldn't reverse now for all the tea in China. Guess I will deposit and play at Pantasia and Sloto'cash where I am a VIP.

anniemac, Sorry! They flushed for me and I am a Baron..
Maybe you should email attention: Kendra or Jennifer and explain that they
should increase your VIP level or loose a good customer

Might be a better idea if I didn't tell them 'cause I am way PO'd. They could have at least said something like "We are sorry but because you are XXX level, flushing is not allowed" instead of telling me, in essence, that I don't rate high enough. To this minute, I have received no email telling me anything about their "VIP" levels.

OK, I have calmed down and sent email. It is their perogitive to flush or not and mine to deposit or not. So, will wait and see.
But I still think that their email was way off.

I don't know how theirs works. I got an e-mail from Simon saying I was now a "VIP" and one of the benefits listed was that they would flush withdrawals. However, I haven't deposited all that much there. I've put way more money into Mayan, Pantasia, R8 and TIV. Funny thing is, I'm not a VIP at any of those places. I think their VIP is a much different program than the other rivals. It would be nice if they outlined it a little better and let us know exactly what constitutes a VIP! They all got me confused!
Good luck!
Good luck!
