Hi Jennifer,

As I stated earlier when the reviews on the No Luck Needed Forum improve I will deposit at your casino. As far as using the 100%, it as well as any other bonus does not appear. The promo disappeared after I responded to your previous email. It just says New promotions coming soon! Reviews indicate that your customer service is lacking as people have waiting days and days to hear a response!!!! I do play at Rival casinos on a regular basis and feel that I deposit a fair amount on a regular basis. The other Rivals offer Free No Deposit Bonus on a regular basis. If I get a timely response to this email and possibly a reasonable free bonus I would certainly consider depositing and would definitely POST POSITIVE Comments on the Forum in your behalf.
