my netspend visa not working anywhere

i got my netspend visa about 2 weeks ago finally found somewhere to load it today and guess what everywhere i try to deposit is declined . this really sucks

hi,just to let you know if you load 50$on your card and try to deposit 50 it wont work,there is a 1$charge so tyr a leeser amount.all casinos take netspends>>

i will try again but i tried a lesser amount than i had on the card, and i asked support to help me and they said the credit card company was restricting the purchase and would not let it go through
