The day before yesterday I downloaded Superior Casino and claimed 20. I was playing in an Internet Cafe and there were problems with the software so I switched to another computer. When I logged in it said "account locked". So I chatted with them and sent an email to which I got the reply that my account was locked due to multiple accounts at other Rival casino's (??).
I tried to convince them that I was definitely new to their casino's and said that I had earlier received the 20 bonus.... so I could not understand why I was locked on the other computer? Well, I figured out that someone else had played at that casino on that particular computer.
But they refuse to open my account, not even if I want to make a deposit. Is there someone who can help me with this?
