Here is another complaint I came across last night in another forum.
Friday night I was playing on Portofino casino. I played on the Cleopatra's Gold slot. I hit the $41,000 random jackpot. My account was immediately locked out. I called customer service. They said everything looked in order, just print out the fax forms to retreive my winnings. I went to log back on the casino-- still locked out. Called again and the man I spoke with treated me like a criminal. Apparently, I had 2 other accounts with this casino( I had no idea?) and they closed out ALL of my accounts and told me I am not welcome at their casino. I am not getting the $41,000.
Sometimes one will open a casino account without realizing they had already had one from 5 YEARS ago. In their terms and conditions it states ONE ACTIVE ACCOUNT. I did had ONE account which was active. As for the other 2 they claim I have..those are dormant, no?
So I am not getting the $41,000.... where is it now? They certainly didn't put it back into the jackpot... where is it?

another typical move by the now a day pitt bosses & managers. they dont know what customer service is allm about. in the 70s i played pro hockey & sang in vegas as well. i was comped up the cazoo. they rolled out that red carpet & ment it. no phony balogny!! they all need a vegas 101 coarse & stay in vegas 2 leare the ropes. a simple no brainer.Quote:

my god 10 bloody dollars how insane might as well play with yourself well ill find out from casino fortune as i played thier 30 free got up 2 800 up & down 4 3 hours then cashed in 300. 5 days later they emailed me congradulating me asking 4 utiliy bills 2 verify my acct now im waiting 4 the money. let u know.Quote:
