Hello everyone! I know there have been some
questions about the current loyalty bonus system at Mayan and Pantasia.
Here is some information from Megan, out forum rep from the casinos
**Bonuses are now sent on Wednesdays**
"The system is automated in the backend. How it works is, every Thursday the Loyalty email will go out. Loyalties are based on the 5 days prior to the email going out. So if someone doesn't make a deposit within 5 days of the email going out they might not get a loyalty bonus.
They will be changing it to the last 7 days because the way it is right now if someone deposits on Friday or Saturday then they wont get credited for a loyalty bonus. This should be changed this weekend.
Please let me know if you have anymore questions."

fix them, but Quicktender payouts could be an extra
day or 2. Hopefully this will be fixed this weekend or today!

The quicktender problem is not fixed..
They say it will be done by Tuesday.

Why do dutch people don't get a bonus on these casino's?
I registered and did everything like they want it, but I don't get a bonus

Unfortunately in the past many players
from ceratin countries have ripped off casinos
and that punishes all the good players from a certain
country 
ops: Try Sloto'Cash. I think they allow dutch.

This could involve several Rivals as many
process through Pantasia.. If you are
waiting for a QT cashout it could be delayed until Tuesday

I just got paid, so it looks like the Quicktender delays
are fixed!! I hope everyone is paid today and this
never happens again!!

Hope it is fixed too cause I think that the Rivals are the best online casinos, or at least for me.

Oh, I posted it under my other post. Cashed out last night. Got it about 10:30a.m. CST. No problems. Great service.
Already sent to my Wired Plastic card. Now if Quicktender would work so fast, I would be a happy camper.
