help with my rival accounts

Hi, I posted something earlier in regards to the same thing this is about but I am not sure if that was where it should have been posted or here. Anyways, I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me straighten out this confusion with my rival account. here was a huge mistake as far as me having multiple accounts. Slot O Cash is the only one who has unlocked my account but they wont let me redeem any bonuses and they keep sending them to me via email. all my other accounts are still locked and I have never even played at some of them. As far as i got was to register and it was like automatically locked. Someone please help me with this situation. they are all such great casinos and i can't even log in.

Continue emailing them and have them close out all the accounts except the one you want, could try calling them or live chat might send to the right department (Accts department).
