Problem with rival software

I have a problem with the software from rival.
I cannot play multiline slots ,i think i'm missing some kind of software (like flash player)
I have shockwave installed .
I can set the number of lines and the number of coins but i cannot set the amount , on the one line slots i can only play with $1 and up.
I hope someone in this forum can tell me what the problem is.
Here's a screenshot , you can see that there is no amount shown.

And I see it is Superior casino which is not a casino I have a great relationship with,
they are not a recommended casino at this time.

I have tried all rival casino's , they all have this problem on my pc
I have tried chat on the casino's , but they cannot help me .
2 days ago i have emailed support but still no answer.
I have even emailed to rivalpowered about this one , also no answer
