I would think its your username but don't quote me on that I am not able to play there so never cashed out... I know when cashing out at the rivals its the acct #... sorry I couldn't help more.. The email would be your email not QT's I am sure of that..

Hello! Congrats!When cashing out they want the actual account number.
Enter your ACCOUNT Number if cashing out.

Prowan52 When you are not sure of any thing you need to contact support at the casinos they are aways willing to help . That way by doing this you will never be wrong OK . Good luck on your cash out

It is THE NUMERICAL ACCOUNT 1000XXXXX
If they ask for USER NAME then enter your name such as Prowan52
USE MY WALLET EMAIL: is the email you registered when you made you
