problem running pantasia

well

i was playing cleopatra during few hours , and i have close casino , when i have open it again , all was ok

i wanted play to 80 s , but the game doesnt load , it was always the same image , please wait until refreshing games etc etc
i have wait ten minuts but nothing happened, the game doesnt appear

i have try mayan fortune , all work in this casino

and others too

its just to pantasia thats make that , i have call live chat , write to mail to support , they tell me uninstall casino etc etc , well i have make it but its always the same thing

i can go to live chat, to cashier , its just the games refused loaded

i cant play to this casino , i have cashout my money but im not glad to us

Sometimes when a lot of people are playing on the casinos its hard to get a good connection no matter when your Modem speed is, its usually not your pc machine, because i have tried to reset my internet connection, reboot my PC everything. try playing later at night when the traffic is a little less. and with Pantasia did you try and reinstall the software. you might have a corrupt game file that needs to be reinstalled. but other than that it is usually the casino host, its like any website the more traffic the more difficult it becomes for that said server to handle more bandwith and traffic. good luck with your problems, if all else fails LIVE SUPPORT if your best friend Pantasia and Mayan have fast effective and wonderful live support they will stay with you till the problem is fixed!!

when we play a long time , they go slolwly and after they closed and say , there s an error, look your internet connexion and if problem persist call live chat , lol , but my connexion is ok , i think you have reason , probably too much players on the same time

then try
