I got a nd of 12$ made the playthrough and want to cash out 120$.They want
a scan of my id card and a bill with my adress.I`ve send them all,but they don`t except my id card from germany.May be,they don`t want to pay.My bills I get only per e-mail,so I can`t scan it.I`ve send them the e-mail.

go to your online utilty company this could be phone , gas, elec. look up onine bill print it out will have your address on it. beleave try got the money to pay you alway hard the frist cashout.
