I've been waiting since Nov 4, 2007 for my withdrawal request.
After numerous follow up emails for which I received NO reply they finally called me on DEC 23 to advise that: "due to technical errors, our financial department is currently unable to process your request".
They received my emails and replied but I didn't get their emails (how odd...I got their NOV 5th email acknowledging my withdrawal request!).
So they asked me to set up a new contact via YAHOO which I did and I did hear back from them several times but still no refund. It seems that until the finance dept resolves their issues I won't be seeing my money.
So, I just thought I would pass this on. They offered me a deposit bonus...I gratefully declined...for obvious reasons.
