I received an email from sloto that they gave me a $5 reward bonus and it was there in the cashier but when i went to claim it said bonus can not be claimed.
I emailed them earlier but no answer back yet. Has anybody had problems with this?

I have had pitiful customer service for the past two days with Paradise8, but I guess it is because of the holidays. must be busy or something. I am waiting for my third new password change. I think they are having problems with their system...what do you think?

12 hours later....and after that one didn't work and I posted this, i reached them by online support and it took approximately 30 minutes to get a new password. I still haven't heard from cocoa and that was about 18 hours ago. But thats ok...they give good bonuses and I am looking forward to my 300% bonus at some point. I guess I was just bringing the holidays to everyones attention in a "gentle" way!!!!

I just heard back from cocoa. I was able to get through to Paradise 8 as I mentioned before. But Paradise8 just emailed back as cocoa....go figure.
