I emailed and asked that they credit my $50 deposit...they emailed back and said they have to credit the FIRST DEPOSIT you make, but instead of crediting my account with the original $21 dollar deposit I made (which would be $4) they gave me $25 in my account (which way over exceeds the $10 I was asking for) I thought that was pretty cool!!! Get withdraw methods and great service!! smile
