Anyone having tech trouble depositing at Rivals?

I tried to deposit at Simons and DaVincis and when I went to the cashier there is an error message. Then when I tried to use usemywallet, it said the casino had to shut down and it did. Ive emailed support but I still cant deposit. Anybody else?

I deposited about an hour ago, @ Pantasia...... with no problem.

It did take a few seconds or so longer than usual, but I think that has
something to do with my New computer.

If you get an error message in the cashier just click
OK and deposit and it will work smile
or exit out of the cahier, then try again

I tried to deposit but the casino shut down. I have installed explorer7 and reinstalled so Im gonna try to deposit today. If it doesnt work I guess I cant play at the Rivals anymore smile

opeth, Don't be silly!!.... worry not! Rival is aware of the errors
and is fixing them!! For me the error shows but I can deposit
when I click ok to the messages!! Try going to live chat,
but don't worry all will be fixed soon!! smile

I think it all starts when I claim a promo. I cant unclaim it from the cashier.
But today they unclaimed them for me from their end so i dont have anything claimed. I got a 200% from Cocoa so Im gonna try that in awhile. I hope it works smile

The problem is still going on, but I think they are working on it. For me, even after I click okay, I cannot go further because the casino shuts down. I get one error on top of another. Plus, like you, I cannot unclaim a bonus. I have to have live help do it for me. Anyway, I know they'll be back up and good as new soon! smile
