Not responding to e-mails Grand Mondial

Well as you can see I have a banner for Grand Mondial under my name. I wanted that banner because I thought they were great with service and great with paying out. Now Im not so sure. I sent two e-mails to them, one about 4 hrs ago and another a week ago. No response yet. Also I contacted live chat and they were very rude to me for the first time. It makes me feel snubed kinda I guess. I have deposited a lot of money with them and they always had great service before..wonder why not now???

I also sent a complaint to the affliate manager
about the rude support. I know he will not like
that at all and fix that situation quickly
