Quicktender and wired plastic withdrawls

Just a little information on Quicktender for those interested. Since QT, Wired Plastic and I are going in circles about my last withdrawal, I have been trying to contact QT. Site says hours are from 7:00 to 17:00. Well, guess what time that is here - 1:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. CST. So, I've got to stay up til 1:00a.m. so I can email them to find out what is the problem with my withdrawal.

Just thought I'd give a little info to all.

anniemac, I have no problems getting wires to my bank
everytime... I would email now and not wait till 1 am, why wait till 1am
to send an email?
as they will respond to emails in the order received.

I have emailed them and requested a call already today and got no response. I have never had this problem before with them although it does take about 5 days for QT to send to WP and then 2 days for WP to get the wire. However, this one is just sitting there. The only email I got back from QT today was that they were waiting for confirmation from WP before sending the money. I called WP and they told me that they don't confirm anything unless they receive a phone call but since I had received wires before that they didn't see any need for confirmation. Then I emailed QT back, asking for a call and also webmail, with this information and Nothing!!. They received my email well before lunch my time. The reason I said I was going to wait until 1:00 is because I know there is someone there. Not that I hadn't already contacted them.


I know I am impatient. But this withdrawal is not working like the others. and I just hate it when I can't get a response from people.
