I use coupons, therefore, I use their money to play. My question
is when I go to cash out onto Neteller, which they said is open
again, do I cash out the full amount (including their $$) or just
the money that will be mine??
EXAMPLE: Coupon $200.00 Winnings $400.00 most all winnings
have to go through accounting anyway, so would it be the
$600.00 or the $400.00 that I would cash out??

NETEller is not for USA... it is open
for countries that are allowed.
About cashing out.. Cash out the whole amount ..
but it depends on if you bonus is cashable.
If you are playing at a Rival Casino then you get the whole $600.
If you are playing at an RTG casino, you would cashout
$600 but not receive the $200 in bonus money, you would only
get your wins and deposit

They said neteller was working again. I have gotten my
withdrawls through Western Union it just takes soooo long.

and you have an active account, you could try that, but
I would confirm with support again, because I have heard nothing
about NETeller working again for USA players. ops:

now when you say you use coupons.. did you deposit with bonus coupons?
or free chips? Was it your first free chip you won on?
