Ok, so I got $5 loyalty bonus from TIV and went and played it. I did pretty well of the 5 bucks and played awhile. I checked the cashier and it said my playthru had been met so I went back to the game, kicked my bet up and played it down to $50 (max. cashout). Then when I went to cash it out, it said my play thru HAD NOT been met. I contacted live CS and he told me I had played thru $300 and some odd dollars. He couldn't tell me what was up just that it had to be forwarded to the accounting department. I asked if it was a glitch and I was told it had to be reviewed. Is that odd or what?? Any idea what's up with that? I was going to deposit more money into my account but I think I will wait awhile now to see what's going on...

wvguitargirl, I am sure the playthrough was not
more than $300 on the $5 free so he is wrong.. Just
stop playing and email a manager and have them do a review
so you can cashout
OR
Maybe it was because their was a minumum
cashout.. mine was $50 I think and maybe
your balance went below that
and would not allow a cashout?
Also.. my $5 at Davincis was no max cashout
but $50 minumum.. so check those terms again
even though they can vary from casino to casino

wvguitargirl, sorry I did not read carefully
ops:
but no it is not odd for them to send it
to accounting to check because that is the procedure..
they are just customer support people and have limited access
to what they can see

Yeah, I was trying to cashout $50. I hit $14 on my first .15 spin and jacked my bet up and it kept hitting (of course it was hitting great when there was a max cashout, right?..lol) At one point, I was up to around $160. I started betting $2.25 for a long time. I looked at my history and there is 20 pages of wagering today. I'm not going to sit and add it up but it is feasible...
Anyways, I e-mailed them. I will let you know what happens!
Thanks!

Yes, I checked the terms. Max cashout 10x bonus. Wonder why it varies so much between casino's? Maybe it has to do with deposits and so forth?? I wish it was no max! Oh well! $50 from a free $5 is still good. Glad to know this sort of thing isn't unusual. Thought maybe I did something wrong (although I wouldn't know what!)

ok .. Just wanted to make sure!!
FYI:
Now all the 400 group casinos have seperate promotions managers
so the bonuses vary from casino to casino... this all happened
in the last month

Here is some feedback from Justine at Sloto'Cash regarding max
cashouts on loyalty bonuses
I like her opinion
Excuse my language.. I had to edit a little
Tawnia says:
some of the 400 group are putting max cashout on loyalty bonuses and pissing off players..
Justine says:
oh
Justine says:
well we have no intention of introducing that to our loyalty
Justine says:
otherwise its not loyalty
cashouts on loyalty bonuses
