Hey all!
I was going to play the free 500 at jackpot city. I choosed to play on Tombrider. I recived a errormessage imediatly saing that I was using "wrong chipssize". The next moment I was orded to log on again bur the account on the screen wasnt mine and I wasnt able to log in. When I took contact with their costumerservice I was told that instead of the free play I could get a 100% bomus up to 100. I told them that it wasnt the same offer in a longshoot. The answer from them was that there was no garanti on winning anything in the free 500 and that if I liked to play for free I could play in the "for fun section". Is that really a nice way to treat a new customer.
