i spoke to customer service she was rude and kept me waiting for almost 30min?? i kept getting a message that chat was termniated??? anyway here is a bfief of the conversation.... oh yes the letter said they mailed out to a few hundred people?? ...................................................

their level of customer service before playing your own money
